Welcome The BIOPTRAIN mission is to establish a permanent European multi-centre interdisciplinary research training programme of world-class quality in bioinformatics optimisation algorithms. BIOPTRAIN is presently funded in the EU 6th framework as a Marie Curie Early Stage Training (EST) programme.
